This new binding meets the expectations of Rossignol athletes who wanted an additional locking device to prevent rotation of the binding axis during races. It is therefore equipped with an additional lever designed to lock the binding, adding to the handling but preventing untimely release, particularly during races where contact between skis or between skis and poles is frequent, especially in mass races. The lever must therefore be raised to unlock the rotating axle, and lowered once the boot is engaged to lock it in place. From a technical point of view, the mounting is very similar to the other versions, not to say identical, since it features the two guide pins and the wide plate at the front. This plate covers the entire sole of the shoe, providing a larger thrust zone and stabilizing the foot laterally during stances. The supple flex allows the foot to roll off in classic style.
