The Pro Skate bridges the gap between World Cup shoes and those reserved for a wider audience. However, make no mistake, in its category it stands out for its outstanding technicality which places it one level above. It is a jewel of technicality set with a dose of tolerance for the greatest pleasure of amateur competitors.   

What are the characteristics of the Alpina Pro Skate cross-country ski boot?   

For its second season, it presents a slightly different cosmetology, although similar to the previous model. From a technical point of view, it is totally identical, we remain on the thin and light anatomical carbon cuff that provides all the rigidity necessary for the ski to be put on. The carbon mid-sole inserted between the outer sole and the first layer limits the deformation in thrust for an increase of energy and more dynamism. What differentiates it most from other models in the same range is that it has a 100% carbon Low Cut frame which increases the blocking of the heel and favours the management of the ski in technical passages. The cuff, sole and carbon frame are enough to provide all the support, stability and precision you need in skating. To talk about the boot, on this kind of model focused on performance, it is useless to say that we are looking for an adjusted fit and the lacing system is also there to testify it. The lacing system is 45% angled and attached to nylon straps to provide the best fit available today. This is one of Alpina's signature features, and the small Slovenian brand intends to continue working in this direction. It is compatible with NNN, Prolink and Turnamic binding standards.
