this boot comes exclusively in half sizes (28.5,29.5, etc). If you’re looking to go down to the next size, we recommend using the size-reducing ski boot insert developed by sidas. See the Sidas Sole.

Here is the pro-model of freeskier Sammy Carlson, X-Games medallist but who also evolves in backcountry as we can see in "Over Time", his 2019 edit shot in the powder snow of British Columbia. His boot, the Ascendant SC Grip Walk, is a powerful freeski oriented model but equipped with a real ski/walk system. We also appreciate the Grip Walk soles that makes it easy to move around on foot. Attention, they require bindings compatible with the Grip Walk standard.  

What is the program of the Fulltilt Ascendant SC Grip Walk ski boot?  

With the Ascendant SC Grip Walk, you have all the support you need to descend, whether you want to link turns between the pine in the powered snow, tracing snow at full speed on rammed tracks or drawing lines on a steep slope. And if that's not enough for you, the Cinch Strap at the top of the rod allows you to further increase the reactivity in an aerodynamic position, for more aggressiveness in descents. Still, you benefit from the progressive flex effect of the Fulltilt 3-piece construction, which is pleasant both in piloting and landing. Finally, the ski/walk system is very useful for moving around in cross country mode and climbing a spot that is not accessible by ski lift.
