Its single-stranded aluminum tube offers optimum strength while retaining appreciable lightness during ascents. The Ø18mm diameter guarantees a firm, precise grip. Salomon's self-releasing straps are a guarantee of safety, detaching easily in the event of an avalanche or fall to reduce the risk of injury. To complete this setup, powder washers offer excellent flotation in deep snow, allowing riders to attack committed lines with confidence.
