Description

We are selling items with cosmetic defects. They are new and unused, guaranteed by the manufacturer, and have no construction faults. The graphics have been scratched during transit or storage. We rank them according to their state:
This ski has been ranked 3*, it has barely noticeable defects.

Remember the Annex Series? Well, K2 dropped it and replaced it with their new freeride line, the Pinnacle series.

What can the K2 Pinnacle 105 do?

The Pinnacle 105 is the successor of the Annex 108. It drops 3mm at the waist and stands in the middle of the range. The main goal of the ski is to be versatile. The all-terrain rocker carries you on powder’ surface, absorbs shocks and impacts and helps you initiate your turns with more fluidity. In other words, it acts a bit like a Swiss Army knife...it does everything. Less demanding than the 118 and lighter thanks to its NanoLite core, the ski is easier to ride and generates less muscular fatigue. You can also mount it with touring bindings if the resort is not big enough for you. The tip and tail rockers enhance agility on deep snow and give the ski an enjoyable playful feel. From dancing through the woods to charging the fall line, the Pinnacle 105 covers all styles and needs, as long as you’re into freeriding!

Who is the Pinnacle 105 designed for?

It is a versatile powder-oriented ski, perfectly suited for advanced up to expert skiers who want to be able to ride any terrain with the same power under the feet.

Tips and advice

On glisshop.co.uk, you may feel overwhelmed by the amount of products we sell. How can you find the right skis, which ones can suit your level, your style or your budget?

Your options:

1. The advanced search engine: You'll find it everywhere on our website, as a sidebar on our listing pages. It allows you to select conditions and refine your selection: brand, level, style, etc. When you select them, only the relevant products will show.

2. You can contact us on the 020 3129 3301: skis feature fine technologies and affect your safety. It is important to make sure that the skis you've selected will suit you. Call our landline and get in touch with our team for any questions regarding these products.

During the process or your order, we'll ask you to complete a form about the mounting of your bindings. With these details, we will be able to mount the bindings with the correct settings. The release value of the bindings is set by a professional skiman, and according to the norm AFNOR FD S 52-748.

If you don't have your own ski boots when you order, the bindings will be pre-mounted. The final settings can be done :

- by a shop if you are renting your ski boots

- by our skiman : you can call us for any technical questions. Our skiman will do the final settings for you. Telephone : 020 3129 3301

All skis you purchase on our website are factory-waxed and tuned. This means they are ready to hit the slopes. However, gear tends to wear and in order to keep it in its best shape, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.

Maintaining your skis is essential for a smooth glide and a solit grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your skis, or on how damaged they are. We recommend you to wax them every 10 riding days and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't overdo it. Tuning is basically scraping off material. If you do it too often, the edges will vanish after some time.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge sharpeners, etc. You can find them on our website.

All products benefit from a manufacturer guarantee, as long as the damage is caused by a manufacturing defect (may it be hidden or obvious).

Usually, the manufacturer guarantee lasts two years.

Only the manufacturer is able to decide if there has been a 'manufacturing defect' or a 'misuse'. Glisshop is only an intermediary between you and the manufacturer.

The manufacturer's guarantee will not apply if the problem comes from a misuse.
