With the Women's Solution, Jones offers a high-end and high-performance splitboard for female snowboarders with good skills and looking for a board providing stability and control in any snow condition. The directional shape and Ultra Split Core are very efficient and guarantee maximum precision. The front rocker is very substantial, the 3D Bases Contour 3.0 convex tips and the setback foot stance promote the ability to lift in powder, facilitate the handling in turns and improve the smoothness of weight transfers. The classic camber under the feet and the Traction Tech 3.0 serrated edges provide excellent grip on hardpack, including in the ascents. The Women's Solution is sustainably built, using recycled or bio sourced materials and wood from sustainably managed forests. The Boltless Bridge and Karakoram assembly clips ensure the torsional stiffness of the board in the descents.

Tips and advice

Size of your board?

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
