Description

This year, Team Exposure highlights the work of the artist Jack Usephot, with a superb graphic and photographic work with an ocean theme. In terms of construction, we as usual find a directional twin shape with a tonic core and a big classic camber, which provides great performances in all-mountain freestyle.

What is the program of the Nitro Team Exposure snowboard?

Team Exposure is a real all-mountain freestyle machine. It allows you to ride all over the resort, offering the perfect balance between power and playability. Its classic camber and its tonic directional flex, which is tighter at the rear and softer at the front, allows you to print clean and precise trajectories on packed snow. You get the grip, stability and launch needed for beautiful carved turns. The setback foot position allows for an easy curve entry while providing enough natural lift for short off-piste runs. The board remains well-balanced for switching and you can also enjoy the snowpark with an explosive pop to send on the kickers. You've got it, you're going to be able to send all over the resort!

Who is the Nitro Team Exposure snowboard for?

This model is designed for experienced snowboarders looking to vary the pleasures, both by tracing beautiful curves on the piste and by offering small runs between the pines and freestyle sessions in the park.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
