The Revolt is a snowboard developed by The Boards Company. It offers good performance in the entire resort and will suit beginners who already feel comfortable and are looking for an evolutive model. Its twin-tip shape is perfect for freestyle and makes it easy to ride and facilitates switch riding. 

What is the program of The Revolt snowboard? 

The Revolt is an all-mountain snowboard, allowing you to have fun in the entire resort. Its traditional camber and soft flex make it easy to ride, while the twin-tip shape allows to send tricks easily. In addition, the wood core reinforced by fiberglass offers responsiveness and stability, without being too energy consuming. Finally, the twin-tip shape allows to ride switch, to have fun in the terrain park and approach spots with creativity.

Tips and advice

Size of your board?

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
