Description

Note: The colour of the bases may be different from the picture displayed on the website, manufacturers combine colours randomly.

The Capita Indoor Survival snowboard is a board that inspires you to push your limits, whether you're carving down groomers or hitting features in the terrain park. With its directional twin shape, it delivers smooth riding both regular and switch. Sturdy and precise, it's responsive underfoot without sacrificing manoeuvrability or the sheer enjoyment of riding.

What is the Capita Indoor Survival snowboard made for?

This board stands out for its versatile character and precision. Thanks to slightly set-back inserts, it can handle fresh snow while remaining lively and agile on groomers. The traditional camber generates plenty of pop and ensures reliable edge hold through powerful turns. Its lightweight core combined with titanal reinforcements provides stability at high speeds as well as comfort even in more technical snow conditions. On groomed runs, it carves confidently; in backcountry terrain, it remains nimble yet confidence inspiring. Its balanced shape makes freestyle fun possible too—with smooth spins and perfectly controlled presses.

Who is the Capita Indoor Survival snowboard aimed at?

The Indoor Survival is aimed at intermediate to advanced riders seeking a high-performance, responsive board for having fun on groomers, laying down lines in powder while maintaining an all-mountain freestyle dimension to their ride. It's a model designed to let you mix up terrains and styles without ever feeling held back.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
