Description

The Ride Berzerker is a snowboard designed for riders who love beautiful turns and want to trace lines as much in powder as on hardpack. Its directional shape and wood core reinforced by carbon make it a powerful and efficient board.

What is the program of the Ride Berzeker snowboard?

With its narrower shape toward the tail compared to the nose and setback stance, the Ride Berzerker is naturally comfortable in turns and floats easily in fresh snow. The substantial rocker at the front tip makes going from one turn to the next smoother, it also helps with lift in powder and dampens impact in choppy snow. The board offers lots of control and rebound in turns thanks to a firm flex, notably at the tail. X-shaped carbon reinforcements at the front and back, as well as two stringers –made of carbon too- provide even more responsiveness. The Berzerker is a snowboard to ride fast and benefit from maximum rebound both on and off-piste. What you need to carve on freshly groomed runs before indulging in powder off-piste.

Tips and advice

Size of your board?

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
