The Hiking Alu 3 Classic Twist telescopic trekking poles from TSL Outdoor are 3-piece. They can be adjusted from 65 to 135 cm. They come with 2 sets of 55 mm and 85 mm diameter washers to be as comfortable in winter as in summer. The tungsten tips are very strong and resistant on ice as well as on rock.
