Made in France, Tā brand Energy Cassis chewing gums are an alternative to gels. The 3 gums contained in the sachet represent an energy intake of 97 calories. They are consumed one at a time, every 20 minutes during phases of intensive effort. They are a source of carbohydrates, vitamin C, sodium and potassium. This Blackcurrant flavor contains caffeine, reputed to have an effect on concentration.
