The Electric Dude sunglasses feature a 70s-inspired, injected grilamid frame. Designed in California and made in Italy, they'll keep you comfortable wherever you wear them, and all the more so because they're so light, weighing in at just 33 g.

On the optical side, Electric Dude are equipped with Category 3 polycarbonate lenses that provide your eyes with 100% UV protection. These lenses include synthetic melanin, a component with the ability to stop blue light, the rays of which are known to be present in computer screens, smartphones and even tablets, but which are also found in large quantities in daylight when the sky is clear. Melanin provides superior retinal protection, improves contrast, reduces eye fatigue and prevents macular degeneration.

The lenses here are polarized, reducing glare on flat surfaces (water, snow, ice, asphalt, ...) by 99.9%. They offer excellent color perception and are resistant to scratches.
