Description

The Lofoten Gore-Tex Pro are freeride pants from Norrona’s range that benefit from a very robust 3 layer construction made from 200D recycled nylon. They also feature a Gore-Tex Pro membrane, a reference in terms of protection for mountain activities, for efficient waterproofness and insulation. Regarding breathability, you can only praise the performances offered by this membrane and if this is not enough, the pants have ventilation zips to increase the airflow, a very useful option for spring skiing and long tours. Norrona has gathered the best technical materials to satisfy the most demanding skiers in terms of protection. The pockets are placed lower to be compatible with a harness. The belt is adjustable via a precise and easy to use Velcro system. Technically very comprehensive, these pants are midway between freeride and touring use to offer amazing performances to skiers who want to earn their turns. Its 3 layer design does not feature any insulation, made for active sessions, these pants mostly provide protection and no warmth. Depending on the conditions, you will need to use thermal undergarments.
