The XT3 100 MV GW is the entry level boot in Lange’s Free & Touring range. We're dealing with a boot that is still rather alpine-oriented, its construction and ski/walk system are not designed for big tours but short approaches. Regarding performance, the boot is accessible and allows to try out freeriding and progress.

What is the program of the Lange XT3 100 MV GW ski boot?

The Lange XT3 100 MV GW features a Dual Core construction with a flex rating of 100, offering a good balance between performance and accessibility. It has 4 alu light buckles offering good support, as well as a Velcro strap that you can adjust according to the responsiveness you want at the tongue. This way, the boot offers support but remains physically accessible. No need to be at 200 % at all times and it remains forgiving, which can be enjoyable if you find yourself in a terrain above your skill level, for example off piste. Finally, to succeed in your approaches and reach new playgrounds, you can count notably on the limited weight compared to a standard ski boot and on the ski/walk system offering a 53° range of motion.
