Description

The snowboard Burton Process R No Color is one of the brand's iconic models, designed for all-round freestyle. With its twin-tip shape, well-balanced flex and camrock profile, it combines maneuverability, pop and stability to have fun in the park while still performing across the board.

What's in it for the Burton Process R No Color snowboard?

The Process R No Color adopts a perfectly symmetrical shape from nose to tail with centered inserts, which facilitates switch riding and opens the door to great creativity on rotations, jumps and landings. Its wood core is reinforced with triaxial glass fibers, combined with a classic camber that provides balanced flex, dynamism for ollies, responsiveness in support and suppleness at the ends. The rocker at the ends smoothes the entry into curves, adds forgiveness and enhances lift in powder. The result is an evolutionary, playful and ultra-polyvalent board, perfect for progressing in freestyle while exploring various terrains.

Who is the Burton Process R No Color snowboard for?

This board is aimed at freestyle-oriented riders, accessible from an intermediate level and just as suitable for confirmed snowboarders. It guarantees fun and performance, whether in the park, on the piste or in the rest of the resort.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
