Snowboard Scott Stevens Pro

The Scott Stevens Pro features a twin-tip shape and a flat camber + rocker profile for maximum playability. The flex is well balanced and the construction combines a P2 Superlight core, carbon fibre reinforcements, and a 360° Cork Edge shock and vibration dampening system.

The Capita Scott Stevens Pro is one of the best snowboards on the market for freestyle/jib riding where creativity and fun come first. Its flat camber + rocker profile provides a good amount of tolerance in the edges while maintaining a secure grip, allowing you to perform tricks more easily. This profile also works very well on the edges of slopes and small powder. On the other hand, the twin-tip shape allows you to ride in either direction for maximum freestyle options. Finally, the board has a good pop despite the flat camber, it is very robust against shock, and the flex is really perfect to make modules and rail, as well as to make presses.

Tips and advice

Size of your board?

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.

Is my board ready-to-use ?

The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.

How to maintain your equipment ?

Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
