Description

The Scott Stevens Pro from Capita is here offered in a collaborative edition with the skateboard brand Zero. This is not insignificant as Scott Stevens is also a very good skateboarder and his snowboarding style is greatly inspired by his experience on wheels. Regarding this snowboard, it is a twin-tip with a high-end construction designed to offer the most trick options.

What is the program of the Capita Scott Stevens Pro snowboard?

With a twin-tip shape, the Scott Stevens Pro allows to ride equally both ways. The construction offers a mix of responsiveness, playfulness and dampening thanks to the P2 superlight core which offers pop and robustness, carbon fibre inserts to boost rebound, as well as the 360° Cork Edge impact and vibration cushioning system. The flat camber provides forgiveness, removing unnecessary grip so that you can land your tricks with ease, notably technical flat ground jib tricks. Impact resistant, it will allow you to link tricks on rails and boxes in the park without worrying about breaking it.

Who is the Capita Scott Stevens Pro snowboard for?

Ridden by one of the best freestyle riders in the world, the Capita Scott Stevens Pro is meant for advanced snowboarders but can be ridden by an intermediate thanks to its playfulness and forgiveness.

What are the main qualities of the Capita Scott Stevens Pro snowboard?

Playfulness

Robustness

Versatility

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
