Description

The Indoor Survival is a classic at Capita, everyone knows it and everyone loves it. It's a board designed for destroying the snowpark and everything else alike. It features a Freestyle FK profile bringing agility and versatility together. The flat midsection allows stability and control while the Wah-Pow tips deliver park playfulness and powder floatation. The RFC Sustainable Core keeps the board lively and responsive and delivers tons of pop thanks to a mixture of poplar wood, carbon and kevlar. No matter where you go, the Indoor Survival is gonna help you survive.

What our testers say : All-mountain freestyle board recommended to advanced riders looking for a board with character. The board feels stiff and reactive and performs anywhere in the mountain even if it worked best through the park. A good pick for turning the entire mountain into a giant snowpark and progress your freestyle game at an accelerated pace.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
