Armada

American brand Armada is primarily a group of professional skiers including Tanner Hall, JP Auclair, JF Cusson, Julien Regnier, Boyd Easley, and photographer Chris O'Connell. In 2002, they decided to create a ski brand in their image. They started with two freestyle ski models, the ARV and the AR5. Since then, the Armada ski range has significantly expanded, including the all-mountain Invictus skis (Victa model for women) and the freetouring Tracer skis (Trace model for women). For all-mountain and freeride skiing, check out the Declivity line. The brand is now distributed in over 40 countries. In 2017, the Finnish group Amer Sports acquired Armada for the modest sum of 4.1 million dollars.
