This season, the R-Skin returns with brand new cosmetics but features a construction that remains identical to its previous version. The only small difference is the new IFP plate replacing the NIS system. This new plate was designed to work with the new Turnamic bindings developed by Rossignol. These bindings are compatible with NNN, Prolink and Turnamic boots. Careful though, these plates do not work with Salomon SNS or SNS Pilot systems.
What are the specifications of the Rossignol R-Skin IFP cross-country ski?
Derived from the Delta Course Classic skis, the R-Skin has become an iconic skin ski within 2 season. Featuring a light honeycomb construction, the ski feels dynamic and responsive under the feet. It is extremely manoeuvrable and inspires confidence through turning steps even on compact snow. The progressive camber provides a reassuring stability and the skins deliver an excellent grip no matter the snow conditions. The glide-to-grip ratio is more than satisfying and allows for long sessions as it helps saving energy. This ski is a good compromise for trained skiers looking for both performance and forgiveness.
Who is the Rossignol R-Skin IFP cross-country ski designed for?
The R-Skin IFP is easy to use and it offers performance. The ski covers the needs of a large spectrum of skiers.
