The foundation of successful outings and seasons is the comfort of the feet, without it, it is useless to think of skiing properly and having fun. Rossignol has understood this, and the X-8 meets the expectations of those who need a model with compromise. The plastic cuff attached to the Dual Core bi-density frame offers all the necessary lateral stability and heel support for guidance. These aspects are essential if you want to drive your skis with maximum precision. These two basic plastic elements have less rigidity than carbon but have the advantage of providing more tolerance, especially on poorly controlled stances or unbalanced ankle rotations. It is therefore a good compromise between comfort and support. The Skating Turnamic sole provides good frontal rigidity to prevent deformation during lateral thrust and to keep the ski close to the boot. The liner retains a certain width x-because a boot in this range must first and foremost be comfortable. It can be adjusted with the Speedlace Lock lacing system. The shoe is compatible with Turnamic, NNN and Prolink binding standards.
