The Punch Power Gel Long Distance Anti'Ox is suitable for athletes doing long-distance marathons or trails. It combines glucose and fructose (26 g) for sustained energy without glycemic spikes. It includes an antioxidant complex (vitamins E, B1, B3, B6 and zinc) that protects cells from oxidative stress and supports metabolic and immune functions. Its sodium (71 mg), magnesium (58 mg) and zinc content promotes hydration, muscle contraction and prevents cramps.
