Marmot is an American technical and lifestyle apparel, tent, luggage and sleeping bag brand. The inception of the brand takes us back to the early 1970s in Alaska, where Dave Huntley and Eric Reynolds, two Santa Cruz, California university students create the Marmot Mountain Club. Their values? Having fun and being inclusive: everyone is welcome. Their playground? The mountains. Their activities? Climbing, camping and skiing. From this way of thinking, Marmot gradually became a renowned brand with a comprehensive offer and highly technical products.
