Description
For backpacking trips where weight and pack size are crucial, the Big Agnes Copper Spur UL2 two-person tent offers a lightweight design without compromising on interior organisation. Its freestanding structure relies on DAC NFL aluminium poles, renowned for their strength-to-weight ratio, and features the TipLok Tent Buckle system for simplified assembly and tensioning. Suitable for three-season use, it utilises a rain fly and groundsheet made from 15D Hyberbead nylon with 20D ripstop dyed fabric, both protected by a PFC-free durable water repellent finish providing 1,500 mm waterproofness. The inner tent combines breathable 15D nylon, 20D ripstop dyed fabric and 15D polyester mesh to promote airflow. High Vent (upper mesh) and Low Vent (lower vestibule opening) functions optimise ventilation according to conditions. Two independent doors provide easy access, each opening onto a separate vestibule. The doors can be configured in awning mode. Internal pockets and reflective guy lines complete the package.
