Description

The EB E-Lastic Band is a training accessory designed for warm-up, recovery and muscle strengthening. Ideal before a climbing session or for rehabilitation after an injury, it works on mobility, strength and flexibility. Its compact size makes it easy to transport for indoor or outdoor use. Available in three resistance levels, it adapts to the needs of each user: green (5 kg) for light work, blue (15 kg) for intermediate strengthening and red (25 kg) for more intense effort. Versatile, it is suitable for climbers as well as athletes wishing to improve their gestures and stability.
