Product description — R2 Techface Deer Brown - XL

The R2 TechFace by Patagonia is a technical fleece jacket designed for mountain outings where mobility and energy management are priorities. It can be worn as a midlayer under a protective jacket or on its own in cool weather, and is ideal for activities such as skiing, hiking, or mountaineering, with a construction designed for repetitive movements. Its R2® TechFace double-weave fabric combines recycled polyester and spandex to provide stretch, breathability, and a more structured feel than a traditional fleece. The slim fit makes it easy to layer under a shell, while stretch twill panels reinforce key areas.

Is the jacket resistant to light moisture?

Yes, the main fabric and trims feature a DWR treatment free of intentionally added PFAS, designed to limit the absorption of light moisture.

Does the manufacturing process incorporate responsible practices?
