The heart rate monitorGarmin HRM-Pro Plus is specially designed to offer accurate real-time measurements of your heart rate, whether you're indoors or out. Equipped with ANT+® and Bluetooth® Low Energy technologies, this GPS device transmits performance data to Garmin connected watches and cycling computers, as well as other compatible fitness equipment.

With a battery life lasting up to 12 months and a battery compartment that's easy to access without tools, it guarantees extended, hassle-free use. The belt adjusts between 60 and 142 cm, while the monitor measures 29.4 x 51.4 x 8.5 mm and weighs 52 g. Water-resistant up to 5 ATM, it's ideal for swimming. In addition to heart rate, the HRM-Pro Plus captures running dynamics such as vertical oscillation, ground contact time, stride length and vertical ratio, helping to optimize your running technique.

During indoor training sessions, it transmits speed and distance data to the compatible Garmin connected watch. Even when the watch is out of range, the GPS device stores the information and transmits it once the activity is complete. What's more, it records calories burned, minutes of intense activity and heart rate throughout the day, synchronizing the data with the Garmin Connect™ app and TrueUp™ function.
