In order to keep its environmental footprint to a minimum, Auvergne-based brand Picture Organic, whose headquarters on the outskirts of Clermont-Ferrand are less than 15 minutes from ours, has eco-designed the Takashima down jacket in 100% recycled polyester Ripstop fabric. Breathable and stretchy thanks to Polartec Power Stretch Pro technology, it's super-light. Its Primaloft Eco insulation ensures good protection against the cold.

The Picture Takashima down jacket is moisture-resistant, its outer fabric benefiting from the Teflon EcoElite treatment which, made from bio-based materials, is up to 3 times more durable than other PFC-free water-repellent treatments. Equipped with a full zipper, stand-up collar and wraparound hood, it can be worn as an outer layer or as a second layer under a ski or hiking jacket.
