Description

The Scarpa Phantom 6000 HD is designed to give you all the lightness, warmth and sturdiness needed for ascending very high-altitude peaks. Built in two parts, with a removable liner and effective tightening, it's the shoe to have for your mountaineering activities.

This is a top-of-the-range model featuring the brand's best technologies. There's an outer shell made from tough KCN-Tech nylon coupled with the Super Fabric innovation that ensures superior abrasion resistance. It's also waterproof thanks to its Outdry membrane and waterproof zip. As for the outsole, it is designed to be as light as possible using a mix of rubber and EVA.

Once under the gaiter, we find a boot with Microtech fabrication offering lightness and support, including cork and EVA for thermal insulation. For the Fast Lock System internal lacing system, it's very easy to handle even with gloves.

It's also warm to guard against low temperatures at high altitudes with a Micropile Primaloft lining, 2 mm thick EVA insulation and polyurethane film. The sole itself is insulated with 4 mm of EVA.

Despite this impressive construction, which offers very high robustness and incredible thermal comfort, this mountaineering shoe remains light and easy to put on/off! Not for nothing is it called 6000!
