In a category of shoes that hasn't seen much evolution in the last few years, the Pro Classic is a UFO that puts it in a completely different sphere than its competitors. Technically, it is difficult to do better without being on a Full Carbon design, and Alpina makes a double hit with what is not really its specialty, a very attractive price placement!   

What are the features of the Alpina Pro Classic cross country ski boot?   

In a range of boots where most brands simply make variations of their top of the range models, Alpina has taken a completely different approach and given this boot its own features and technologies. Outside of the very high-end carbon models, there are few shoes that can come close to the same level of efficiency and technique. However, Alpina has achieved a master stroke with this Pro Classic, delivering a shoe with technologies very close to World Cup shoes at a very competitive price! The heel frame with its carbon side struts is a perfect example. The quality of the carbon is magnificent, and it provides sensational heel stability. The soft carbon midsole adds dynamism at the end of the push-off, and in combination with the outsole, the foot roll could not be more fluid. The new 4Dry gaiter increases the water repellent and breathability of the boot and brings the structure closer to the foot and ankle for an absolutely sensational fit. Like all Alpina's top shoes, it has a close-to-the-foot race fit that optimises precision and grip. The most renowned countries in classic style are literally won over by the Slovenian brand for its quality of manufacture and the precision of its shoes. There is no doubt that this new Pro Classic will be a hit!
