The Mountain Equipment Classic 550 sleeping bag provides high-performance thermal insulation thanks to its recycled down filling with 700+ cuin loft. Its technical construction is based on inclined box chambers that stabilize the down to eliminate thermal bridges. The Earthrise 50D outer fabric, combined with a durable DWR water-repellent treatment, effectively protects the insulation from condensation and moisture encountered in tents or shelters.
This sleeping bag prioritizes ergonomic comfort with its anatomical 5-compartment hood and optimized foot compartment to retain warmth at the extremities. The two-way YKK zipper incorporates the simple Gemini system to avoid snagging and calorie loss along the zip. Inside, contact with Supersoft 20D fabric offers an immediate sensation of softness while limiting the overall weight of the equipment.
