Description

The Bataleon Camel Toe is a directional snowboard. Tapered shape, with a lot of volume at the front and a tighter tail, a setback foot position and a concave spatula shape more accentuated at the front than at the back: everything is optimised to make riding easier and to bring you control and performance on all types of snow. Even the flex is directional, softer at the front than at the rear.

What is the Bataleon Camel Toe snowboard program?

The Bataleon Camel Toe has a fibreglass reinforced wood shell that offers an accessible flex, allowing you to link turns without difficulty. It's a real treat for enjoying the conditions, riding with friends, without having to force on the supports to hold the trajectory. The directional shape with the setback position of the feet provides greater manoeuvrability, the turns are really instinctive. The classic camber provides grip on the track, while the 3BT and SideKick, which provides a concave shape to the tip, reduces the risk of edge faults while increasing flotation. A delight.

Who is the Bataleon Camel Toe snowboard for?

We recommend this model to intermediate to advanced snowboarders in love with turns, speed and powder. If you're looking for a board that's easy to ride and performs well on all types of snow, even deep snow, the Camel Toe will make you happy!

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
