Description

The Burton Feelgood features a directional twin shape offering lots of versatility. This board is symmetrical from the nose to the tail to ride switch with ease, but has a slightly setback stance to facilitate turn initiations and the ability to lift when riding the normal way. Regarding the construction, it offers a rather firm flex, providing high-speed stability, but that is not ultra-stiff either to avoid putting you in trouble. Finally, the classic camber + rocker profile is versatile and efficient. It offers grip on hardpack, provides rebound in carving, smoothens the transitions between turns and facilitates the glide on soft snow and powder. The result is an ultra-versatile and punchy board, that allows to shred the entire resort, but also to ride more casually and do some freestyle. Perfect for an intermediate to very advanced female snowboarder.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
