The Burton Feelgood Flying V is a women's snowboard that combines versatility and performance. With its directional twin shape and Flying V camber, it offers an excellent balance between responsiveness and forgiveness, ideal for intermediate to advanced snowboarders.

What is the Burton Feelgood Flying V snowboard made for?

The Feelgood Flying V is an all-mountain freestyle snowboard with a directional twin shape. It is symmetrical from nose to tail, for switch and freestyle riding, but the slightly setback foot stance improves turning control and lift on powder snow. The Flying V camber combines traditional and reverse camber sections to offer both grip and forgiveness on edge catches, as well as a smoother ride on powder. Finally, the intermediate flex provides power while remaining comfortable and playful.

Tips and advice

Size of your board?

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
