The Nitro Fate combines versatility and performance. Thanks to its directional twin shape, it is perfect for all-mountain freestyle riding while demonstrating excellent capabilities across the entire resort. More responsive than the Mystique, it remains manageable both technically and physically. The Fate allows you to increase the intensity and speed of your riding. Its traditional camber and dynamic core ensure exceptional edge hold on groomed snow and effective rebound from one turn to the next. The slightly set-back inserts simplify turn initiation, favouring carving on groomers. The rockers enhance float, making fresh snow in the side country even more enjoyable to ride. Versatile, the Fate also allows you to attempt tricks in the terrain park thanks to its forgiveness.

Tips and advice

Size of your board?

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
