The Ride Manic snowboard offers great versatility, ideal to ride and progress in the entire ski area. It combines manoeuvrability, playfulness and responsiveness, while guaranteeing optimal riding comfort.  

What is the programme of the Ride Manic snowboard? 

The Ride Manic snowboard has a core reinforced by carbon stringers, offering a soft and friendly directional flex, while guaranteeing stability and playfulness. The directional profile includes a more pronounced rocker on the nose than the tail and traditional camber between the binding inserts. It provides excellent grip on hardpack to carve on groomers, as well as good floatability in the backcountry to enjoy fresh snow. This profile makes turn initiations easier, along with the setback foot stance. With a balanced width between the nose and tail, it is perfect to ride switch and do tricks.

Tips and advice

Size of your board?

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
