Description

The Coda Camber has a top-of-the-range construction with durable materials. It benefits from R.A.P. Topsheet (Rise Above Plastic) technology, which makes it possible to dispense with plastic on the upper part of the board, using only wood veneer for a lighter, beautiful and more ecological look. There is also an FSC-certified wood shell, recycled steel edges and bio-based resin and glue.

What is the programme of the Arbor Coda Camber snowboard?

The Coda Camber benefits from a directional twin-tip shape, a twin-tip base on which the inserts are set back a centimetre to improve manoeuvrability and flotation, while maintaining good switch skills. It works on all types of snow, with excellent grip on hard snow and a good lift in the fresh air. It is stable at high speed and holds its edge well thanks to the bamboo stringers placed along the edges, but remains comfortable to ride. A board that performs well in a wide variety of conditions and terrain, but retains playability and allows you to set a few tricks.

Who is the Arbor Coda Camber snowboard for?

Ideal for a confirmed/expert level but accessible for a somewhat athletic intermediate snowboarder, the Coda will satisfy your needs if you like to ride fast and vary the terrain as well as ride kickers and place tricks.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
