Description

The Arbo Draft Camber is a twin-tip snowboard with a paulownia core offering a well-balanced flex between power and playfulness, as well as a classic camber allowing to boost pop and rebound while providing good grip on the slopes. The manufacturing is sustainable, with recycled steel edges, certified wood from durably managed resources, bio sourced glue and wax, and a bioplastic top sheet.

What is the program of the Arbor Draft Camber snowboard?

The Draft Camber aims at offering maximum freestyle possibilities in the terrain park. To do so, you find a tried and tested shape, twin-tip with classic camber and well-balanced flex. The twin-tip shape, symmetrical from the nose to the tail, with centred inserts allows to ride both ways. You can ride switch at the take-off or landing, no problem. A classic camber is ideal on the groomed snow of the park or pistes, offering optimum hold. It also improves pop for ollies and rebound for carved turns. Finally, the flex retains some softness to be comfortable for jibbing, on rails and butters. The perfect board for a freestyle/park/piste program.

Who is the Arbor Draft Camber snowboard meant to?

We recommend this model to intermediate to advanced snowboarders looking for a freestyle-oriented board with which they will be able to ride on pistes and in the terrain park.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
