Description

The Arbor Poparazzi Rocker is comfortable, robust, versatile and, like all Arbor snowboards, made from durable materials. The wood is FSC-certified, the edges are made of recycled steel, and the resin and wax are made from vegetable materials. A pretty board that you will enjoy!

What is the programme of the Arbor Poparazzi Rocker snowboard?

The Poparazzi offers a twin-tip shape, a rather soft flex and a Rocker System profile, the equivalent of the Arbor inverted camber. The result is a board that's easy to ride and balanced, which goes well on all types of snow with a smooth and comfortable glide at all times. You can link turns without difficulty on the piste, with a "catch-free" feeling, a lot of tolerance on edge faults and playful curve entries. The Poparazzi can also be used at the edge of the piste, where it absorbs the irregularities of the terrain without difficulty and passes easily through the powder. Finally, the twin-tip shape makes it well-balanced for switch and freestyle.

Who is the Arbor Poparazzi Rocker snowboard for?

Widely accessible, this model is perfect for an intermediate level snowboarder looking for a board that is easy to ride and fun throughout the resort while progressing.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
