Like the rest of Arbor’s range, the Shiloh Camber offers a high-quality and sustainable construction. It features primarily eco-friendly materials, including an FCS certified wood core, recycled steel edges, as well as natural wax and resin.

What is the Arbor Shiloh Camber snowboard made for?

Although the Shiloh Camber has a symmetrical shape, it has a slightly setback stance. Facilitating turn initiations and improving the floatability on powder, while ensuring excellent switch performance. The core, a combination of poplar and paulownia, is reinforced with bamboo at the edges. This design guarantees increased stability while maintaining the board's light weight and playability. The result is a versatile board that's stable at high speeds and offers excellent freestyle abilities.

Tips and advice

Size of your board?

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
