Description

This is a park killer designed by Derek Nobbs. A shred weapon featuring a SuperFly II core reinforced with carbon and triax fiber...just to make sure you always have that underfoot kick when you need it. The TWC is a powerful board boasting a traditional camber emphasising edge control and response, but making it a little difficult to tame. It's a board for hardcore freestyling, a board designed for destroying halfpipes and snowparks with no mercy. We'd rather warn you before it's too late...

 

What our testers say : The TWC is a freestyle standard, a park and pipe gun that's extremely lively and responsive. Its construction combined with its camber makes the board poppy and explosive on kickers. It's a stiff board and we don't recommend it to unexpercienced freestylers. You need strong legs and good technique for truly enjoying the board's skills. It didn't become Shaun White's favorite just cause it's black you know...

Tips and advice

Size of your board?

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
