Description

The T-Rice Pro Series returns and offers riders a variety of choices, each version having its own specific properties.

The Pro Pointy is Travis' weapon of choice in the movies That's it That's all, The Art Of Flight or Supernatural. The board is a poppy powerful slopestyle slayer featuring pointy tips optimising the board's floatability. The C2 Power Banana profile enhances agility and freestyle performance while the Magne Traction edges and the construction of the board ensure high performance and responsiveness on the hardpack.

What our testers say : When freestyle meets freeride. That is the best description we could come up with. The T-Rice Pro Pointy is a board that floats and slashes powerfully and delivers an excellent support and dampening for landings on rough terrains. It's a demanding board though, primarily designed for riding on powder, you'll need an advanced or expert level at least. Released in two lengths (161.5 and 164.5cm), the board feels a little too long in a groomed snow park.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
