The T.Rice Pro HP Blunt is one of Travis Rice's multiple pro-models at Lib Tech. Travis Rice is one of the best snowboarders in the world and also one of the most mediatized. The T.Rice Pro HP Blunt is his typical freestyle board that he can use in the snowpark but also in a big off-piste practice.  

What is the program of the Lib Tech T.Rice Pro HP Blunt snowboard?  

Like all Travis Rice snowboards, the T.Rice Pro HP Blunt has a very powerful construction that allows you to ride fast and strong with maximum control, responsiveness and stability. To ensure the versatility needed to ride on all types of snow, this board features a C2 hybrid camber, which mixes rocker flotation with grip and camber power. For even more grip when riding on piste or hard off-piste snow, there are also Magne-Traction wavy edges. Finally, the twin-tip shape, symmetrical from nose to tail, is ideal for maximum freestyle options. You got it, here is a versatile freestyle snowboard that is high performance!

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
