The Nitro Team Pro is a very versatile performance snowboard. It features a directional twin shape, offers a powerful flex, aggressive classic camber, as well as a Dual Degressive turn radius providing a bit of forgiveness.  

What is the program of the Nitro Team Pro snowboard?

The Nitro Team Pro is cut to mix things up in the entire resort. Its directional twin shape, with symmetrical nose and tail but setback foot stance provides good manoeuvrability on any terrain, with good lift in powder, while retaining the ability to ride switch. A pretty good proof versatility. The substantial classic camber profile offers powerful edge hold and punchy rebound to carving enthusiasts. This camber allows to fully exploit the potential of the glass and carbon fibre reinforced wood core, for even more rebound out of turns and high-speed stability. You can tell this is a board with which you can fully commit in the descents with maximum precision, ride in various conditions, but also do high-flying freestyle, in backcountry or big terrain park jumps mode.

Tips and advice

Size of your board?

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
