Description

This is the standard version of the notorious Team. No fancy graphics, no Gullwing camber, the Team sticks to what it does best, being good at everything. It's been around the industry for years and it is seen as a true standard by riders. It features a traditional camber enhancing responsiveness and edge control on hard snow. The board is extremely stable at high speed and carves like a hero. Boasting a poplar Powerlite Core offering tons of pop, the Team is a five star performer that destroys anything that comes across.

What our testers say : This version of the Team is less playful than the Gullwing version and best suited to performance-driven riders who have got legs and technique. Stabler and more precise, the board allows for hard charging on the steeps with a more comfortable feel. With the bindings a little setback the Team turns into a nice powder board that floats naturally on the deep while the directional shape helps to manoeuver easily. In other words, the Team is probably one of the most versatile boards available on the market, for advanced riders.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
