Description

The signature board of the pro rider Seb Toutant returns with a different look but with the same abilities to shred. The Buck Up is a thoroughbred loaded with pop ready to tear the mountain apart. The board features a carbon reinforced woodcore enhancing the board's torsional stiffness and its responsiveness. The Popwalls sidewalls give the board tons of pop while the traditional underfoot camber guarantees optimal stability at high speeds or on rough terrains. It also comes with low rising rockers through the tips for added playfulness and better floatation on soft snow.

What our testers say : The Buck up is a true park bomb that rips and destroys park features with ease. The rockers of the board enhance its playfulness and make turns and presses smoother. Careful though, it's a stiff board, we recommend it to technically AND physically advanced riders who like it when their board has character.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
