Description

Ideal for freestyle/all-mountain riding, the Ride Saturday combines a twin-tip shape with a rugged, dynamic construction that offers great performance and durability, while maintaining enough accessibility for fun on descents.

What is the program of the Ride Saturday snowboard?

The Ride Saturday is a twin-tip, perfectly symmetrical construction that centers you on the board for tricks and is well balanced for switch riding. It is perfectly optimized for freestyle, with a urethane reinforcement along the edges to protect it from impacts and carbon spars in the spatulas to boost the ollie pop. The classic camber, wood core and additional carbon cross reinforcements provide great efficiency on the track, with grip and stability while remaining a comfortable and easy to ride board. Finally, the rockers with spatulas provide a bit of tolerance in the edge to edge transitions, while allowing you to ride through the untamed snow at the edges of the slopes without problems. Everything you need to enjoy the whole resort and have fun!

Who is the Ride Saturday snowboard intended for?

This model is designed for intermediate to very experienced snowboarders looking to set the pace on the slopes as well as going to the edges of the slopes or the snowpark to work on their tricks.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
