The Rossignol Jibsaw snowboard is an extremely versatile model that will allows you to do some freestyle in the terrain park and trace lines on backcountry powder. 

What is the programme of the Rossignol Jibsaw snowboard? 

Its true twin-tip shape is perfect for freestyle, as the symmetry between the nose and tail means you can ride as easily regular or switch. The traditional camber + rocker profile makes you float easily on deep snow and facilitates turn initiations. The intermediate flex guarantees optimal stability on every terrain, while the 7S serrated edges technology offers excellent grip on hardpack and ice. For better freestyle performance, Rossignol featured the Amp Tek Elite technology which reinforces the tips and provides explosive pop.

Tips and advice

Size of your board?

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
