Description

The Roxy Breeze is a snowboard typified freeride with a directional shape, medium flex and hybrid camber. Thanks to the slightly recessed position of the binding inserts, you benefit from better control of your board with easier curve entry. What's more, with the weight shifted to the rear, you benefit from a natural lift in powder. The hybrid camber, which blends rocker and camber zones, is highly versatile. Off-piste, it adapts to all types of snow. On piste, it provides good grip because it's combined with Magne-Traction wavy edges. The result is a board that's easy to handle and efficient on all types of snow, ideal for freeriding. What's more, the poplar + paulownia core adds pop and bounce to set the pace in turns, yet the board remains comfortable and not too stiff. You can ride all day without ending up on your kneecaps!

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
